Having cut my teeth on analog electronics and designed many all-analog products, I am completely at home with it. A solid grasp of analog concepts is important as well in creating robust (and EMC-compliant) digital designs, since after all, digital is just an artificial construct imposed on a fundamentally analog world.
I am also highly experienced in interface, A/D and D/A conversion, and power supply design, where the analog and digital worlds intersect.
