We designed this production line tester and built four working units in less than two months start-to-finish, including circuit design, PCB layout, on-board firmware, and Windows® PC control and logging software. It can measure cable resistance to within 100µΩ with test currents of up to 100A. Tens of thousands of cables have been tested to date.
