Power Meter Production ATE, 1983

This is a production bed-of-nails tester for a PLC power submeter. I spent six weeks designing the circuit (hand-drawn) and laying out the PCB (tape on film), then 6 weeks in Hong Kong writing the control software and debugging the system. 10,000+ lines of code were written in a language I can’t even find any info on today, PLM/X, and which ran on a CP/M S100 computer with 5” floppies. The hardware included a DAQ system, a programmable line-voltage sinewave generator, and various other programmable sources.
