Image rotation is not yet working. The frame can be mounted in portrait mode, but images need to be pre-rotated.

MPEG-4 video files must have an extension of ".avi" in order to be recognized on removeable media (CD-ROM and memory cards). An extension of ".mp4" can be used if the files are sent to the frame via FTP.

MacroMedia Flash® support is limited to Flash® 2 features. Flash® 4 files may play if they do not use Flash® 4-specific features. The Pause Time option must be used to terminate Flash animations

Stepping past a missing media item referenced by a script may require multiple button presses or not work at all. This will never happen with an auto-generated script unless media files are deleted or moved, but if youre writing your own scripts errors are possible. When running automatically (not using the Forward and Back controls to step manually) missing media items will be ignored and playback will proceed normally.

Stepping manually past media items with a pause time value of 0 may be difficult or impossible. Automatic operation is normal with values of 0.

After exiting the menu system or resuming from a paused state, there may be a delay of up to a few seconds before new button presses are recognized.

If you are running a script consisting of nothing but references to remote URLs and the "nocache" option is specified on those references, you may experience difficulty accessing the menu system unless the unit is paused.

The "zoom" option for movies encoded at sizes other than 320 x 240 pixels may not make them completely fill the screen, although it will increase their size slightly.

After changing the default transition using the menu system, the current image will be repeated at the next transition. The slideshow will proceed normally thereafter.
